Jascreates is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen mail. Please contact the mail carrier and file a case with them. I am not responsible for any mail after it’s in the hands of the mail carrier. Delays may occur due to an ongoing pandemic (COVID-19)

Processing Time

Processing time is 1-2 weeks, this does not include shipping time, weekends, or holidays. Every item is handmade and made to order. All orders go through a serious quality check before they ship Jascreates will make sure your order is in good shape before shipping.
